5ml solid compact. A wax-based fragrance pressed into a metal or resin compact case. Mini is not the right call for every wedding. It is the right call when one of these four conditions applies.
1. Intimate weddings under 80 guests. Below 80 guests, the per-favor budget tends to stretch further, and couples often want a refined object rather than a maximal one. Our MOQ is 100 units total across all mini formats, with a minimum of 25 units per individual reference. That structure unlocks something practical: you do not have to pick one mini format. You can mix them within a single 100-unit order.
A 4-SKU split at MOQ 100 might look like this: – 25 x 5ml solid compact — for the close family table – 25 x 10ml roll-on — for travelling guests – 25 x 15ml spray — for the bridal party – 25 x alternative scent (any of the three formats) — for guests with fragrance preferences
This is the maximum split: four references at 25 units each. Going to five SKUs would push at least one reference below the 25-unit minimum, which we cannot produce. So the rule of thumb is: 4 mini SKUs maximum at MOQ 100, more SKUs only available from MOQ 125+.

5ml solid compact case styles. Round brushed-metal in silver, gold or rose-gold; matte resin in cream, blush or sage; embossed-lid versions for monogrammed weddings. Diameter is 38-42mm — small enough to feel jewel-like.
10ml roll-on cap materials. Stainless-steel rollerball is the default and most durable; ceramic rollerball gives a softer touch and slightly cooler skin contact. Caps come in matte black, gold-tone, brushed silver, or natural wood for rustic-leaning weddings.
15ml mini spray finishes. When mini fails — the size-perception gap
Mini does not always work. Here is when it backfires.
Under 5ml is too small. A 3ml sample-vial reads as a freebie pulled from a magazine, not a wedding favor. Guests subconsciously calibrate “wedding favor” against gift-shop and beauty-counter benchmarks, and 3ml falls below that line. We do not produce sub-5ml formats for wedding programs because the perception gap erodes the whole experience.
Solid compacts at very large weddings. If you have 200+ guests and want everyone to remember the scent across the room, a solid compact’s low projection works against you. Spray-format mini (15ml) is the better call at scale.

Common mistakes couples make picking mini perfume favors in 2026
1. Ordering 5ml when guests perceive 10ml as the minimum “real” favor. For weddings over 100 guests, 5ml solid compact can read as a sample. If your tone is generous-and-classic rather than minimalist, default to 10ml roll-on or 15ml spray.
2. Splitting MOQ 100 across 5 mini SKUs. The 25-per-ref minimum caps you at 4 SKUs inside MOQ 100. Couples sometimes try to design 5 or 6 mini variants and get caught at order placement. Plan for 4 SKUs maximum until you cross MOQ 125.
3. Forgetting that solid compacts do not project. If you want a scent guests “wear visibly” during the reception, solid compact is not the right format — choose 10ml roll-on or 15ml spray instead. Solid is for personal, close-skin wear.
4. Picking frosted glass for outdoor noon weddings. Frosted reads beautifully indoors but flattens under bright direct sun. For garden ceremonies at midday, clear or tinted glass on the 15ml spray photographs better.
